Join us for a dynamic, collaborative training session designed specifically for EMS and Fire personnel. In partnership with Port Orange Fire Rescue, this course will explore the unique challenges of managing geriatric emergencies, introduce the Our Legacy program and its role in supporting patients and families during serious illness, and provide practical guidance for navigating hospice care in the field.
This training equips providers with enhanced assessment strategies, stronger clinical decision-making skills, and the confidence to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to older adults and those at end of life.
Empower your crews with the knowledge and tools they need to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our aging community members. Together, we can elevate the quality of care for some of our most vulnerable patients.
