This program is designed primarily for people interested or involved in health care clinical education, including clinical instructors/supervisors, coordinators of clinical education at the facility, coordinators of clinical education in academic programs (e.g. Clinical Experience Coordinators, Fieldwork Coordinators) and academic faculty. It is recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) as a Credentialed Clinical Instructor Program (CCIP Level 1). Fee includes CI Education Manual, Continuing Education Unit Certificate and registry in database. The deadline to register or cancel with full refund is October 17, 2022.

Eligibility Criteria: Current license/registration/certification in the clinical educator's respective discipline.

Special Pricing: APTA Members and Adventhealth University Alumni. 

Note: A Clinical Instructor Credential Certificate and CEU certificate of 16 CEUs/contact hours* will be mailed to the PT/PTA participant from APTA's Clinical Instructor Credentialing staff 6-8 weeks after completion of the program and receipt of post-course materials from the trainer or course sponsor. Non-physical therapy providers will receive their CEU certificate within the same time frame.

A PT/PTA participant who does not satisfactorily complete the Assessment Center or fails to attend the entire didactic curriculum will not have met the competencies required and will not be recommended for APTA CI Credentialing - full attendance is required: no partial credit awarded.
