Join this live virtual training designed to equip nurse educators and professional continuing education team members with the skills and knowledge needed to develop quality evidence-based accredited continuing education (CE). This is the first course in our Excellence Among Continuing Education Providers Program series. In this session, we will dive into the essentials of the educational design process, including ANCC and Florida Board of Nursing standards, assessing the CE Value to Nursing Professional Development, and navigating the application and planning process. You will also gain practical strategies for creating engaging, evidence-based, and bias-free learning experiences—plus tips for overcoming common challenges in measuring outcomes and maintaining accreditation compliance.

This course is a prerequisite for nurse planners and nurse program coordinators with AdventHealth intending to credential their activities/events with ANCC (American Nursing Credentialing Center) or FLBON (Florida Board of Nursing) accreditation.
