Some of the topics include: understanding and application of the Allen cognitive Levels to patient care, developing a successful home health plan of care with Allen Cognitive treatment, determining OT vs SLP roles and referral criteria.
Upon Completion of this seminar, participants will be able to:
- Understand and apply the Allen Cognitive Levels to patient care
- Correctly administer and interpret Allen Cognitive Level Screen (ACLS)
- Document objectively to support skilled need
- Determine OT vs SLP roles and referral criteria
- Participants will discuss communicating the data results effectively with the patient, family and referral sources, relating them to the functional living skills.
- Developing a successful HH Plan of Care with Allen Cognitive treatment, Interventions and goals based on results of the ACLS
