Daniel Joseph Galante, DO, MS, is a board-certified colon and rectal surgeon. His areas of expertise include the use of minimally invasive technologies in colon and rectal cancer treatment, including TAMIS, robotic and laparoscopic surgery. He specializes in the surgical treatment of both Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, and is proficient treating all common anorectal diseases including hemorrhoids, fistulas and perianal abscesses. Norbert Garcia-Henriquez, MD is a board-certified colon and rectal surgeon. Kimberly Meacham, MSN, FNP-C, CWON, is a certified family nurse practitioner with additional certification in wound and ostomy care. As lead nurse practitioner at AdventHealth Medical Group's Colorectal Surgery practice in Orlando, she has broad experience managing the pre-surgical and postoperative care of patients. She has a reputation for initiating new measures to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes including Enhanced Recovery protocols. During her 30-plus years in nursing, she has held numerous administrative posts including, Vice President of Nursing Services, Director of Medical Surgical Nursing and Nurse Manager of Emergency Services. Kim joined the AdventHealth team from the University of Rochester Medical Center in New York. She is a current member of Wound, Ostomy & Continence Nurses Society, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and American Society for Enhanced Recovery.

George Nassif, Jr., DO, FACS, FASCRS is a board-certified colon and rectal surgeon with special training in minimally invasive and robotic-assisted techniques. A product of the colorectal surgery fellowship program at AdventHealth Medical Group, Dr. Nassif was invited to join the practice's esteemed medical team upon completion of his training. His many areas of specialty include, but are not limited to, pelvic 3-D endorectal ultrasound, transanal minimally invasive surgery (TAMIS), single-incision laparoscopic surgery, colonoscopy for both screening and treatment, colorectal cancer surgery, pelvic floor disorders, stomas and hernia issues. He is an award-winning graduate of the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA, the Allegheny General Hospital General Surgery Residency program in Pittsburgh, and the Lankenau Medical Center's fellowship in minimally invasive laparoscopic colorectal cancer in Wynnewood, PA. Bruce Orkin, MD

Bruce A. Orkin, MD, is the Program Director of the Colorectal Fellowship Program and a board-certified colorectal surgeon. After earning his medical degree at the University of Minnesota, he was a general surgery resident at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. He next completed fellowships in gastrointestinal research at the Mayo Clinic and in colon and rectal surgery at The Cleveland Clinic. An acknowledged authority on colorectal surgery, Dr. Orkin has published many articles and book chapters on topics including the role of surgery in constipation and functional anorectal disorders, anorectal disease, Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, construction and complications of ostomies, and minimally invasive surgery for colon and rectal cancer. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and of the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons.

Mark Soliman, MD, FACS, FASCRS is a board-certified colon and rectal surgeon. He is the Medical Director of Colorectal Surgery for the AdventHealth Digestive Health and Surgery Institute and also the Department Chairman for Colorectal Surgery. A Florida native and a proud graduate of the University of Florida, he was part of an elite junior medical program through which he earned both his undergraduate and medical degrees with honors by age 23. After serving as Chief Resident at Baptist Health System in Birmingham, AL, he obtained his advanced subspecialty training in Colorectal Surgery at the Colon and Rectal Clinic of Orlando. Dr. Soliman is one of the most recognized colorectal surgeons nationwide in robotic colorectal surgical operations and has written nearly 50 book chapters, scientific abstracts, and manuscripts on this and its related fields. He is proficient in the Arabic language.
