Frequently Answered Questions

Can I use an iPad or other smart mobile device to take a course?

Most of our course content is compatible with mobile devices, however some of our courses may still rely on Adobe® Flash® for some interactive activities within the course. Since many mobile devices like smart phones and tablets cannot play Flash content, that content will need to be viewed on a browser that is compatible with Adobe Flash. We are in the process of migrating all remaining Flash content within our courses to technology that is compatible with mobile devices. But due to the number of courses we offer, this will take some time to complete.

If a particular course relies on Flash and your browser or device is not compatible with Flash, our website will warn you before you attempt to purchase that course. If you are having difficulty viewing a course and have questions as to whether your browser and device are capable of viewing it, please contact us.
