I have successfully completed a course and can print my Certificate of Completion. Why did the credit for this course not post to my CE Broker account where the credits for other courses I’d taken that day did?

If you have verified that your license number was correctly set up in your membership profile, you are able to print the Certificate of Completion, and other courses have posted to your CE Broker account, then please contact our Accreditation department for further investigation.
