Using worldview as a lingua franca between our student’s worldview and a biblical worldview.

This course reports to CE Broker
  1. Establish goals for IFL.
  2. Identify the big questions everyone is asking that forms the basis of their worldview.
  3. Explore ways to build bridges between our student’s worldviews and a biblical worldview.

Don Williams, PhD

Dr. Don Williams is Assistant to the President of Adventist University of Health Sciences with specific responsibilities for developing, promoting and sustaining mission. Don has been a student Missionary in New Guinea, a pastor, a high school teacher in Singapore, a chaplain and a counselor. He has been at Adventist University since it opened its doors in 1992. He has served as Chair of the General Education Department and was the Academic Dean for thirteen years. For three years in the mid-90s Don was on the faculty of the Florida Hospital Family Practice Residency teaching Behavioral Medicine. Don has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master of Divinity from Andrews University and a Ph.D. in Counseling from Purdue University. He and his wife, Merrie Lyn, have been married for 45 years and have two children and five grandchildren.
