Lynne Bustraan, RN, MSN, CCRN
Lynne Bustraan, RN, MSN, CCRN, has been a Critical Care Nurse for 14 years. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Masters degree in Nursing. Currently, she works as a Clinical Nurse Specialist for Florida Hospital East Orlando. Her primary duties include developing and implementing process improvement initiatives, incorporating research into a practice and also serves as a primary investigator in several research studies. Presently she is working with the nutritional team to develop policies for delivery of enteral nutrition, transitional feeding, and maintenance of feeding tubes. She is an instructor for the Critical Care Multi-system Review Course.

Brian McGlone, BSN, RN
Brian McGlone, BSN, RN, graduated from Florida Hospital College of Health Sciences with his Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in 2004. Later he worked as an Education Specialist at the Center for Nursing Education at Florida Hospital Orlando where he was responsible for the training/orientation of all new clinical employees, scheduling and tracking new employees through training programs.
Brian co-authored Falls Prevention, a computer-based learning module. He is a member of the EKG Committee, System Falls Committee, and the East Orlando Falls Performance Improvement Team. He is also an instructor in EKG, ACLS, and Gastrointestinal System.
