The content is organized into three broad sections: Section One describes some of the more common co-infections, including hepatitis and STDs; Section Two discusses opportunistic, AIDS-defining infections, including those that are bacterial, fungal, viral, and parasitical, as well as several malignancies; and Section Three provides general guidelines to delay or prevent occurrences of these infections.
