In this session, we will cover major nuts and bolts of Canvas, the learning management system you will be using to teach at ADU. This session will help you make Canvas the best tool to improve your teaching, thus improving your students' learning.

  2. Set up a Canvas course by utilizing major canvas features.

David Tao,

David Tao is currently the director for instructional technology from the Center for Educational Technology at Adventist University of Health Sciences. He is responsible for Canvas support and secure exam support for faculty. His interest is to help faculty integrate various technologies in their teaching with the ultimate goal of improving student's learning. He received his doctoral degree in instructional technology from the University of Central Florida.
