Preceptors Promote Expert Practice
Hours: 1.00
This course is accessible until 4/1/2025

Preceptors play a key role in the successful training of nursing professionals. They provide learning experiences, evaluate progress, and prepare the orientee to effectively and efficiently care for acutely ill patients in the clinical environment. This course is replicated from the course we provide to hospitals and healthcare institutions for training of their preceptors. With experienced nurses in mind, we have designed this course to assist in developing and enhancing your preceptor skills—not everyone has the ability to guide nurses with varying levels of experience and knowledge through a process of learning in the clinical environment. Do you?
