echelon Refund Policy

echelon® offers the following refund policy:

Due to the complexity of the Internet and the diversity of its users, we realize that unforeseen circumstances may arise that might require you to cancel your studies on any given program.

To coincide with the online learning industry, our refund policy is as follows:

  • All credit card/PayPal purchases from this site are subject to the following refund criteria:
  • You must email or phone us within 5 days of your purchase (contact info below).
  • The participant has not been active in the course.
  • Refunds are made only to the credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase.
  • A service fee of 10% of the purchase price may apply to all refunds.

echelon retains the right to substitute substantially similar courses for those initially selected as necessary i.e. accreditation expiration, technological update. echelon also reserves the right to remove courses from the echelon course catalog. If a purchased course has been removed, echelon shall make every effort to replace the activity with an updated activity.
